Wilma Anna Hendy

Wilma Anna Hendy, 90, died Saturday, December 3, 2016 at McLaren Macomb Hospital. Wilma is survived by loving daughters Patricia (James) Walsh and Pamela Samolej. Grandmother of Bill (Cheryl) Rahbine, Kevin Rahbine, Patrick (Julie) Rahbine, Scott (Kristyn Schaller) Samolej and Heather (Jake) Stewart. Great grandmother of Devon, Jenna, Victoria, Sydney and Raeann Rahbine. Also, survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father Paul Marz and mother Anna Douglas, brother Joseph Marz, sister-in-law Arlene Marz and son-in-law James Samolej. Wilma loved spending time with her family and friends! She loved to cook, going to the casino, playing bingo, a very big fan of the Detroit Tigers and loved animals. Wilma belonged to the Chesterfield Senior Center for years. Visitation will be 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, at Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, 48062. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass Saturday, December 10, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 68035 Main St, Richmond, 48062. Memorial donations may be made to "Wishes of the Family".
