WILLIAM PERRY OSWALD 83, a lifelong resident of Richmond died Saturday, November 3, 2007 in Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. Mr. Oswald was born October 28, 1924 in Richmond to the late William and Evelyn (Walker) Oswald. He married Carol Marker in Richmond on September 21, 1946. Bill worked as a sheet metal worker in the construction business and was a member of the AFL/CIO Local #80. He was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Richmond and enjoyed picture painting, hunting and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Carol, sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Mary of Richmond and Dwight and Carmen of Sterling Heights, grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Staci and Sheri and great-grandchildren, Aja and Grace. A funeral service was held November 6, 2007 at Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Reverend Gerhardt Doroh officiated. Burial was in Richmond Cemetery.
