Stella Lipior

STELLA MARY LIPIOR 87 a longtime resident of Columbus Township died Monday, June 18, 2007 in Port Huron Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. Stella was born February 2, 1920 in Detroit to the late John and Mary (Halik) Lipior. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Richmond and enjoyed baking and reading. She is survived by her siblings, Joseph, Eugenia and Ann Lipior all of Columbus Township and Julie Sokolowski of Richmond, a niece, Margaret Woodard of Rochester Hills and nephew, Leon Sokol of Manchester. A funeral Mass will be on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 10:00am in St. Augustine Church. Reverend Joseph Horn will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery. Visiting will be Wednesday from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Augustine Window Fund.
