Stefanie Kozak

STEFANIE ANNE KOZAK 58 of Warren, formerly of Fair Haven died Thursday, December 21, 2006 in Medilodge of Richmond after an extended illness. Ms. Kozak was born March 3, 1948 in Hamtramck, Michigan to the late Michael and Helen (Hrischuk) Gavula. Stefanie was the owner and operator of Foxxy's Auto Transport in Fair Haven and also was a collection agent for a medical firm. Her family said she enjoyed crocheting, reading and was the best at doing word search puzzles. She is survived by her sons, Michael Kozak of Warren and Tracie and Amy Kozak of Clyde Township, a brother, Ronald and Diane Gavula of Grosse Pointe and grandchildren, Christopher and Brenden Castillo, Alyssa Campbell and Niccolas, Michaela and Kendra Kozak.
