SHIRLEY A. BISHOP of Romeo died unexpectedly on Thursday, August 28, 2014. Ms. Bishop was born in Wales Township, MI to the late Adrian and Mildred (Hall) Bishop. She attended St. Clair County Community College in Port Huron, Mi and retired from Inmont Industries in Port Huron. Shirley enjoyed doing ceramics, reading, gardening and tending to her flowers. She is survived by her siblings; Gilbert, Dale, Wendell, Elwin, Paul, Letha and Eliza (with whom she lived) Bishop and Velma Fitzgerald and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Adrian, Wilbur, Roy, Howard, Philip and Irene Bishop. A funeral service will be on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 1:00pm in Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond. Reverend Suzy Hutchinson, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Richmond will officiate. Burial will be in the Memphis Cemetery. Visiting will be on Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of service.
