Sharon Kay Crandall

Sharon Kay (Hood) Crandall, 66, of Richmond, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at McLaren Macomb Hospital. Sharon was born June 21, 1952 to the late Leon and Beatrice Hood. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Harvey Crandall, sons, Michael (Linda Francetich) Crandall of Grosse Ile, Joseph (Marci) Crandall of Columbus, daughter, Kristina (Adam) Picard of New Haven, in addition to Deloris Stafford of Harriman, TN and Cora St. Clair of Shelby Twp., 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her brother, William (Billy) Hood, sisters, Sandra Grantham and Shirley Fay Foster Cain and nephew, Dennis Stafford. Sharon was strong in her faith and enjoyed quilting and reading. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Visitation will be 3:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, June16, 2019 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service Monday, June 17, 2019 at Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 39401 Townhall St., Harrison Township, MI 48045.
