Sarah Ann Sebastian

Sarah Ann Sebastian, 34, of Port Huron passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Born October 26, 1982 to Kelly and Ronald Sebastian Jr. A 2001 graduate of Imlay City High School. She worked as a Medical Assistant at Lighthouse Family Medicine. Cherished sister of Matthew (Suzy) Sebastian; Caring aunt of Bennett and Gwyneth. Beloved fiancé of Dan Mason. Also, survived by Beth Ann (Steve) Finch, Donna Sebastian, Pamela (Mark) Alexsandrowski, Erik Sebastian, Sally (Fred) Passalacqua, Ronald (Barbara) Sebastian Sr. and Ralph Konyha. Preceded in death by her mother Kelly Davis, Patricia Grenne and Kurt Konyha. Sarah loved the outdoors, camping and Tiger baseball. Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, January 2 at Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service Tuesday, January 3 at Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond 48062.
