Robert John Wudzinski
January 17, 1937 — April 3, 2022
Robert John Wudzinski, 85, of Richmond, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 3, 2022. Robert was born January 17, 1937 to the late Stanley and Stella Wudzinski. Beloved husband for over 50 years to Barbara Wudzinski; caring father of David Wudzinski, Mark Wudzinski and Jill (Darrin) Fistler, cherished grandfather of Charles (Alexa) Gutt and Tyler Wudzinski. Also, survived by his sister, Jean Devleeschouwer. Robert owned his own construction business for over 40 years. Robert loved being outdoors. He enjoyed hunting in the U.P. with his sons, grandchildren and friends every year, fishing and boating on Lake St. Clair, staying at Gull Island every weekend he could and cutting the lawn, even if it didn’t need it. He also loved watching his grandchildren play baseball and football, he never missed a single game. Robert served in the Unites States Marine Corps overseas and was very proud of serving his country. His family wishes you would please join them to celebrate Robert’s life.
Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M. with a visitation from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass, Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at St Augustine Catholic Church, 68035 Main St, Richmond, MI 48062.
