Robert George Kerby

ROBERT GEORGE KERBY age 58 of Clay Township died unexpectedly on Monday, August 16, 2010 in Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. Mr. Kerby was born August 5, 1952 in Detroit to the late Orville and Margaret (Hebert) Kerby. Bob attended L'Anse Creuse High School and served in the United States Army during the Viet Nam Era. He was a self employed lumberjack and enjoyed boating and fishing. He is survived by his sons, Shaun and Beverly Kerby of Weberville, Craig Kerby of Fair Haven, longtime companion, Kathleen Corbeil, step-children, Paul Corbeil of Chesterfield and Jessica (Tarek) Albitar of Roseville, siblings, Michael Kerby of Chesterfield, Kenneth Kerby of Lenox and Mary Holliday of Jeddo, grandchildren, Desmond and Craig Jr. Kerby, Deziree Corbeil, Kiana Raita and Malek Albitar. A funeral service will be on Friday, August 20th at 11:30am in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Pastor, Sally Hager of the Community of Christ Church in Richmond will officiate. Visiting will be on Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 am. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
