RAYMOND LEO TROMBLEY 87 of Richmond died Wednesday, December 19, 2007 in Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. Mr. Trombley was born February 7, 1920 in Armada Township, Michigan to the late George and Louise (Lande) Trombley. He married Lucille Simons in Kentucky on September 23, 1940. Mr. Trombley retired as a millwright in 1982 from J and L Steel in Warren. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Richmond and it's Men's Club. He loved music and played the violin and drums with various bands. He is survived by his wife, Lucille, children, Raymond Jr. (Paulette) of Richmond, Garry (Carrie) of Memphis, Larry of Memphis, Bonnie (Ron) Renshaw of Florida, Nancy (John) Pollock of Lewiston, Shirley (Bill) Deaner of Memphis, Veronica (Robert) Chrostowski of Richmond and Pam (Tom) Klauer of Almont, siblings, George (Virginia) Trombley of Vanderbilt and Bernice Leach of Richmond, fifteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Mary Trombley, siblings, Marvin, Melvin, Stanley, Howard, Donald, Carl, Mary Jean Vogt, Gertrude McConnell and Mary Kulman and grandsons, Ricky Trombley and Bobby Renshaw. A memorial service will be Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 10:30 am in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Reverend Jennifer Long will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Memphis Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
