Paul W. Robertson

PAUL WILLIAM ROBERTSON 80 of Casco Township died Friday, May 2, 2014 in his home after a brief illness. Mr. Robertson was born April 18, 1934 in Mount Clemens to the late William and Mildred (Maedel) Robertson. He graduated from Richmond High School in 1951 and married Marion Connors in Casco on June 14, 1952. Mr. Robertson was a lifelong farmer and member of St. James United Church of Christ in Casco. He enjoyed going up north to hunt, fish and snowmobile. He was an avid tinkerer. He is survived by his wife, Marion, children; Kathleen Robertson of Casco, Paul and Patricia Robertson of Casco, Pamela and Steve Robertson-Silverman of Culver City, CA and Brian and Judith Robertson of Casco, siblings; Donald and Betty of Casco, David and Lynn of Lenox and Carol and Arthur Welsch of Port Huron, grandchildren; Joshua Robertson, Joanna (Jon) Sudol, Kyle Robertson and Glen (Mary) Robertson and great-grandchildren; Jack and Jake Sudol and Charlotte Robertson. A funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 11:00am in St. James UCC. Reverend Ken Gadd, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery. Visiting will be Monday from 2 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond and Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:00am in the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Foundation.
