Patrick Michael Gollehur

Patrick Michael Gollehur Sr., 70, of Richmond, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Patrick was born to Jess and Eleanor Gollehur on February 24, 1947. Caring husband of Sandra Gollehur; Loving father of Patrick (Kim) Gollehur Jr., Jaime Pollauf, John (Devon) Klimaszewski Jr., and Jessica (Tim) Sexton; Special grandfather of Brittaney, Tyler, Hunter, Mkena, Madison, Wyatt, Riley and Addison. Also, survived by his brother Robert Gollehur. Preceded in death by his sister Sharon Burke. Patrick proudly served his country in Vietnam as a soldier in the United States Army. He was involved in the community, had served on the board for Richmond Twp., and was a member of the Richmond Moose Lodge 2575, the Richmond V.F.W Post # 6802 and the American Legion Post 63. He loved cars and racing especially NASCAR. Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond 48062. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans, 3000 Monroe Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505.
