Patricia "Patti" Lobert

PATRICIA "Patti" LOBERT age 60 of Columbus Township died Monday, December 22, 2008 in St. John Hospital in Detroit after a brief illness. Ms. Lobert was born August 21, 1948 in Detroit to the late Joseph and Sophie (Henrykowski) Lobert. She graduated from Richmond High School and was a longtime member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Columbus Township. Several years ago Patti sold Avon, Fuller Brush and Watkins products. She was instrumental in organizing the Bi-County Wheelchair Basketball program and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, painting and doing crafts. Notably, she was known for her telephone conversations. She is survived by her siblings, Robert and Toni Lobert of Sterling Heights and Gloria and Gerald Clapper of Columbus Township and many nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be on Friday, December 26, 2008 at 10:00am in St. Philip Neri Church. Reverend Joseph Horn, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in St. Philip Neri Cemetery. Visiting will be Tuesday, December 23rd from 3 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. A rosary will be recited Tuesday at 6:30pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
