Mitchell Strang

MITCHELL DAVID STRANG 49 of Columbus Township died October 18, 2006 in Port Huron Hospital after an extended illness. Mr. Strang was born April 4, 1957 in Kirkland, Ohio to the late Robert and Ann (Debeljak) Strang. He married Dorene Smedlund in Kankakee, Illinois on January 2, 1987. Mitch retired from the United States Navy after serving twenty years as a refrigeration technician and security guard. He was a member of the NRA and enjoyed restoring classic cars. He is survived by his wife, Dorene, children, Rod and Taylor Strang both of Columbus Township, brothers, Brett Strang of Calumet, Michigan and Todd Strang of Cheifland, Florida. A memorial service will be on Saturday, October 21, 2006 at 1:00 pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Reverend Alvin Titus will officiate.
