Mary Jane Vanhevel

Mary Jane VanHevel, 81, of Lenox, passed away at Henry Ford Hospital, Sunday, December 4, 2016. Beloved wife of Thomas L. VanHevel; Caring mother of Thomas (Sue) VanHevel, Michael (Norma) VanHevel, Anne (Jeff) Bond and Patricia VanHevel; Loving grandmother of Eric (Amy), Darren (Jodi), Brian (Crystalyn), Joseph and Jason VanHevel, Andrea (Jake) Thorne, Christina (Brian) Szczesniak, Jeremy (Renee) and Kyle Bond, Jonathan and Ryan (Allison) Lutz; Great grandmother of 10. Also, survived by her brother Fred Pillette. She is preceded in death by her grandson Andrew VanHevel. Mary loved to dance, watching Tiger baseball, warm weather and spending winters in Florida with her husband Tom. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 7, with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond 48062.
