Martha J. Gramer

MARTHA JANIE GRAMER age 70 a lifelong resident of Casco Township died Thursday, June 9, 2011 in the Evangelical Nursing Home in Sterling Heights after an extended illness. Mrs. Gramer was born February 13, 1941 in Mount Clemens, to the late Charles and Alice (Valdez) Beebe. She married Lawrence Gramer in Richmond on July 11, 1964. Mr. Gramer died October 8, 2002. Martha worked as a payroll clerk at TACOM in Warren for fifteen years. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and enjoyed sewing and gardening. She is survived by her children, Lawrence (Michelle) Gramer of Casco, Timothy Gramer of Casco, Donna (Joseph) Schoenberg of Yale, Sherry (David) Palmisano of Northport, FL. and Rebeca Gramer of Richmond, siblings; Patricia (Thomas) Wallace of Ohio and Charles "Butch" Beebe of CN, thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, June14th at 10:00am in St. Augustine Church. Reverend Edward Ritter will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Richmond. Visiting will be on Monday from 3 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:00am in the church. There will be a scripture rosary service on Monday at 6:30pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to Seasons Hospice or the wishes of the family.
