MARIE GENEVIEVE RAMER age 74 of Sterling Heights died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 in Medilodge of Richmond after an extended illness. Mrs. Ramer was born January 9, 1936 in St. Catherine, Ontario Canada. She operated an in-home babysitting service for several years. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and was an avid garage sale shopper. She is survived by her children, Marsha (Leon) Huber of Washington Township, Lynn (Bill) Totten of Gaylord and David Ramer, siblings, Shirley Burtch of St. Catherine and Brian Burtch of GA., six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be Wednesday, October 27th at 11:00am in King of Kings Lutheran Church in Shelby Township. Pastor Ben Sandin will officiate. Cremation arrangements were handled by Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond, Michigan. Memorial contributions are suggested for the wishes of the family.
