Lynda R. Teschler

LYNDA RUTH TESCHLER age 90 of Lenox Twp died Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Medilodge of Richmond after a brief illness. Mrs. Teschler was born September 7, 1923 in Mount Clemens, MI to the late Walter and Dora (Gierk) Leverenz. She married Arthur Teschler in Richmond on October 10, 1042. Mr. Teschler died February 14, 1990. Lynda was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Richmond and enjoyed knitting. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James and Nancy Teschler of St. Clair, daughter-in-law, Lynn Teschler of New Baltimore, former daughter-in-law, Dorothy Teschler of Casco, grandchildren; Thomas Teschler of Casco and Marie Teschler of Harsens Island and great-grandchildren; Alexis and Amber Teschler of New Baltimore. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Teschler on August 6, 2012. A funeral service will be on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 10:00am in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Reverend Roger Schleef will officiate. Visiting will be on Sunday, December 29th from 3 to 7pm and Monday from 9 to 10am. Burial will be in the Richmond Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church.
