Lori Renee Depape

Lori Renee DePape, 64, of Columbus Twp, passed away very unexpectedly Monday, January 1, 2024 at Henry Ford Hospital. Lori’s journey of life began March 16, 1959. She grew up in Detroit, Michigan where she met and married the love of her life Wayne A. DePape. Lori proudly served her community as a paramedic for 25 years. Lori was a lover of life. In her retirement she enjoyed spending time in her garden, going for rides on her golf cart, walking with her dogs, playing cards, shopping and hosting backyard BBQs for family and friends. Lori was an avid traveler. From Alaska to Hawaii, she loved to see the world’s beauty and all it had to offer. Amongst many hobbies, she loved to tackle as many puzzles as she could. Her greatest joy in life was her family, cherishing her time, as “Ma”, with her grandchildren the most. Lori is survived by her loving husband Wayne A. DePape, children, Dustin (Ashley Kudla) DePape, Kristin (Scott) Wilkens, Megan (Dean Dagastino) DePape, and Ryan (Megan Totten) DePape, mother, Neva (Calvin) Reed, grandchildren, Kamryn, Miley and Daniel, siblings, Lary (Sarah) Jackson, and Lisa (Vic) Siecinski, and her loving dogs, Kona and Ozzy. She is preceded in death by her father, Rodrick Jackson and granddaughter, Mikayla.

Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. with a Funeral Service to be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062.
