Kathleen Ann Shanks

Kathleen Ann Shanks, 67, of Richmond, passed away on Sunday, December 12. She was born, the youngest daughter of the late Bruce and Josephine Shanks, on March 11, 1954. She is survived by her siblings James (Sally) Galen and Barb (Doug) Montgomery.
Kathy was a proud mother to her only child, Jeffrey (Julie) Shanks of Armada, she was a grandmother to four amazing grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jenna, Josephine, and James. She enjoyed spoiling them with gifts and treats and over the last few years learned how to sew to make them treasured blankets, pillows, and even some clothes.
Kathy very much enjoyed shopping and finding the best deals on the items she bought and looked forward to receiving coupons in the mail for shopping trips. Over the last few years, she was blessed to have Kristen, the daughter of her late best friend (also named Kathy) to join her in her shopping adventures.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. with a visitation from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Service Friday, December 17, 2021at Trinity Lutheran Church, 35110 Division Rd, Richmond, MI 48062.
