John Thomas Ryan

John Thomas Ryan, 73, of Troy, passed away peacefully at Troy Beaumont Hospital, Thursday, February 7, 2019. John was born June 20, 1945 to the late Lynn and Embry Ryan. John is survived by his husband Gregory Garber; brother, Ralph Ryan; sisters, Brenda Ryan and Sheila (John) Winarski; mother-in-law, Vivian Garber; nephew, Michael (Danee) Bellish; neice, Embry (Michael) Fura and many other nieces and nephews.
John enjoyed bowling, traveling, playing cards, shopping, antiquing, watching movies, especially Christmas movies, eating at restaurants and loved spending time with family and friends.
Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass, Monday, February 11, 2019 at Most Holy Trinity Parish, 1050 Porter St, Detroit, MI 48226.
