JAMES JOHN POTRYKUS age 44 of Lenox Township died Sunday, September 16, 2012 in Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Mr. Potrykus was born June 21, 1968 in Mount Clemens, Michigan to James and Louise (Schroeder) Potrykus. He graduated from New Haven High School in 1985 and attended Macomb County Community College. Jim was a tool and die maker at Concord Tool and Die in Clinton Township and built and sold custom auto interiors worldwide. He is survived by his parents; James and Louise Potrykus of Lenox, brothers; Ronald and Beverly of Richmond and Alfred and Theresa of New Haven, nephews; Jamie, Jason, Justin and Joseph Potrykus and a great-niece and nephews; Laya Potrykus and Caleb and Ethan Potrykus. A funeral service will be on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 10:00am in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Reverend Aaron Woodruff will officiate. Visiting will be Tuesday from 3 to 8pm and Wednesday from 9 to 10 am.
