Jack C. Raska

JACK CARL RASKA age 76 a lifelong resident of Richmond died Thursday, January 2, 2014 in Crittenton Hospital in Rochester Hills, MI after a brief illness. Mr. Raska was born March 14, 1937 in Mount Clemens, MI to the late Leonard and Margaret (Racz) Raska. Jack worked at Ford Tractor Company in Romeo until 1981 when he had an unfortunate accident and had to take a medical retirement. He enjoyed old cars and was a tinkerer that enjoyed inventing things. He has a pending patent on a paint mx can. He is survived by his children; Cherie (Robert) Wethy of Erie, PA, Cindy (John) Stout of Waterford, Timothy Raska of Erie, PA and Thomas Raska of Richmond, siblings; William (Marsha) Raska of Columbus Twp, John (Alice) Raska of Imlay City, Leonard (Evelyn) Raska of Richmond and Rose (Robert) Bantein of Lenox, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Cremation arrangements were handled by Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond.
