Gregory Michael Haigh, 29, of Chesterfield Township, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 5, 2018. Loving, dedicated father of Zaidin Haigh; cherished son of Greg E. Haigh and Kim and Michael Kove; special, sweet brother of Amber (Nathan) Nuyts, Kimberly (Brian) Kove-Chalou and Michelle Monteleone-Kove, treasured grandson to surviving grandparents, Gregory (Carol) Burden and Pamela (Ed) Butkiewicz, caring uncle of Cadence, Christian, Josh, Gavin, Drew, Zack and Emmy, adored nephew of Jamie Burden, Robbie (Dan) Blake, Pam (John) Paluschuk, James (Dana) Haigh.
Greg was an honest, generous, kind hearted person that loved the Lord and spending every free moment with his son, the apple of his eye. He enjoyed helping to feed the homeless and helping others, often performing random acts of kindness. Fondly known as Greggy, he was a loyal and dedicated friend of many. All who knew him loved his humor, silliness and fun-loving attitude. He was a hard worker and loved his new job. Greggy enjoyed attending church, sporting events and ice skating with his son. He was obsessed with tiramisu and loved motorcycle riding, golfing and vacationing up north with family, enjoying water sports and snowmobiling.
