Geraldine Lucy Badaczewski, 93, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Geraldine was born February 11, 1929 to the late Stephen and Jennie Pietras. Loving wife of the late Walter Badaczewski; cherished mother of Sue (Ken) Simmons, Robert (Gail) Badaczewski, Michaelene (Keith) Campbell, Aileen (Jim) Hartway, Steven (Rose) Badaczewski and John (Theresa) Badaczewski; special grandmother of Kenneth (Renee)and Jessica Simmons, Jill (Jon) Gabridge, Jaime (Danny) Cobbs, Jenni (Loren) Klug, Ashley (Johnathan) Campbell, Courtney (Zach) Pichette, Bryan Hartway, Erin (Marcuz) Young, Kyle (Amanda), Devon (Lauren), Brandon (Rachel) Krtsyal and Steven Badaczewski, Joshua (Jamie) Benoit, Gavin Trahan, Jayson, Anthony (Kristen) and Matt (Hillary) Scott; great grandmother of 30.5. Also, survived by her daughter-in-law, Sherrie Badaczewski. Preceded in death by her son, Frank Badaczewski and brother, Richard Pietras. Geraldine was a member of the Altar Sodality and very active at St. Augustine Catholic Church when she was a parishioner there. She was also a Blue Water Polka Booster and a member of the Red Hat Society.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2022 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062.
