Gerald L. Youngski

GERALD LEE YOUNGSKI age 49 of Columbus Township, MI. died Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in his home after an extended illness. Mr. Youngski was born January 19, 1962 in Mount Clemens. He married Denise Bettcher in Richmond on May 21, 1988. Jerry worked as a landscaper for D & E Landscaping in Richmond. He was an avid Detroit Red Wings fan and enjoyed watching all sporting events. He is survived by his wife, Denise, children, Sarah Youngski of Casco, Jay Youngski of New Haven, Elizabeth Youngski of Monroe, Melissa (Paul) Watson.of IN., David Younski of Columbus and Victoria Youngski of Columbus, father and mother, Norman and Dorothy Youngski of Hillman, MI., parents-in-law, Gerald and Patricia Bettcher of Casco, grandchildren, John and Ethan Musyk and Caleb Youngski, siblings, Norman Youngski of Harrison, Rose (Dennis) Osborn of Warren and Edward (Velia) Ross of Atlanta, MI. and half-siblings, Todd (Angie) Saylers, Tonaya (Toby) Conley and Tim (Angie) Saylers all of KY. A funeral service will be on Friday, September 16th at 10:30am in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Reverend Joseph Plawecki, pastor of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Richmond will officiate. Visiting will be on Thursday from 3 to 8pm and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30AM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
