George John Karales, 90, of Casco, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, August 7, 2019. George was born April 21, 1929 to the late Steven and Helen Karales. Loving husband of Charlene Karales; caring father of Denice (Brett) Clark, Doreen (John) Zonts, Daniel Karales and David (Tracey) Karales; special grandfather of Lynn Clark, Christina Clark (Alex) Snyder, Matthew Clark and Nicholas Belleville, son of Doreen Karales, Hunter and Kanon Gracey; great grandfather of Eva Clark Snyder.
George served his country in the Marine Corp for 4 years and was discharged as a Sergeant. He then worked as a Service Repairman for Sears for over 45 years. George was a jack of all trades and loved being in the woods or riding around on his tractor.
Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 68035 S. Main St., Richmond, MI 48062.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blue Water Hospice, 1430 Military Street,
Suite A, Port Huron, MI 48060.
