George Wayne Albers

George Wayne Albers, 71, of Lenox Twp., passed away at McLaren Macomb Hospital Sunday, May 27, 2018. George was born August 14, 1946 to the late Fred and Violet Albers. He is survived by his siblings, James (Carol) Albers, Richard (Nancy) Albers, Joyce (Arthur) Jernberg, Paul (Maricela) Albers, brother-in-law William Daugherty, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his siblings Donald (Dorothy) Albers, Mary Daugherty, Robert Albers and Fredrick Albers Jr. George owned and operated Albers Cabinets on Gratiot in Lenox Twp. for 54 years. He enjoyed playing games, snow skiing and loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m. with a visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062.
