Frances Warner

FRANCES KATHERINE WARNER 79 of Fair Haven died Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in her home after an extended illness. Mrs. Warner was born January 11, 1935 in Detroit, MI to the late Wyojeck and Frances (Grabowski) Maikowski. She graduated from Denby High School in Detroit 1n 1953 and married Richard Warner in Detroit on September 7, 1956. Fran worked in inside sales for Latrobe Steel in Sterling Heights for thirty years retiring in 1994. She was a member of the Moose Club in Harrison, MI and enjoyed bingo, golf and reading. She is survived by her husband Richard, children; Raymond Warner of Fair Haven and Sharon (Michael) Morgott of Clinton Township and grandchildren; Justin, Andrew and Amanda Morgott and Ethan and Haley Warner. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Matthew, Richard "Mike", Raymond and Edward Markowski, Ethel "Dutch" Owens and Carolyn Baird. A funeral service will be Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 1:30 pm in Rewalt Funeral Home. Reverend Ronald D'Hondt pastor of St. Margaret of Scotland in St. Clair Shores will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visiting will be Friday, June 27th from 3 to 8pm and Saturday from 12:30 to the time of service.
