EUNICE JENNETTE SCHULTZ age 78 of Richmond died Friday, July 6, 2012 in Henry Ford Macomb Hospital after a brief illness. Mrs. Schultz was born January 24, 1934 in Unionville, Michigan to the late James and Eunice (Freeman) Parker. She graduated from Cass City High School in 1952 and attended the Saginaw School of Business. She married Gerald A. Schultz in Richmond on May 10, 1958. Mr. Schultz died October 8, 1994. Jennette retired as the deputy drain commissioner of Macomb County in 1995 after serving thirty plus years working for the county. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law; William and Lorraine of Richmond, Scott and Linda of Shelby Twp., Charles of Richmond and Peter and Kerstin of Richmond, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her siblings; Wayne, Charles and Helen Parker and Hortence Gaeth. A funeral service will be Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 1:30 pm in St. Peter Lutheran Church. Reverend Randy Lett, pastor will officiate. Entombment will be in the Richmond Mausoleum. Visiting will be on Monday from 3 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond and Tuesday from 1 to 1:30 in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Peter's Lutheran School.
