Erna B. Zampich

ERNA BERTHA LOUISE ZAMPICH age 97 of Clinton Township died Monday, August 22, 2011 in Medilodge of Richmond after an extended illness. Mrs. Zampich was born June 24, 1914 in Detroit to the late George and Emily (Kryske) Affeld. She married Marvin Zampich. He died in July of 1982. Erna enjoyed painting china and playing the organ. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Susan Zampich of St. Clair and grandsons, Steven Zampich of Eastpointe and Russell (JoLynn) Zampich of Clinton Township. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her sister, Bertha Emling. Cremation arrangements were handled by Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond. There are no services scheduled.
