Elma "Deane" Beacham

Elma "Deane" D. Beacham, age 72, of Romeo, died Saturday, February 9, 2013 in Medilodge of Richmond. She was born October 5, 1940 in McMinnville, Tennessee to the late Clyde & Lela (Womack) Phillips. Deane retired after twenty-five years with the Romeo Community Schools in Food Services. She was a member of the Romeo Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and having lunch with her friends. She is survived by her daughter, Stacey (Kurt) Hill of Richmond and their three children, Connor, Deven and Autumn; two sisters, Norma Robinson of Safford, Arizona and Mary Louise Carroll of Grants Pass, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her son who died September 1991 while in active duty to his country in the US Army, SPC Mark Beacham,; four brothers and a sister. Private family services have been held.
