Elizabeth Ann Bianchi, 61, of New Haven, formerly Port Huron, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024. Elizabeth was born in Port Huron on February 1, 1963, to the late Duane Hartley and Gloria Arter, formerly Hartley. She was the loving mother of Keely (Jamie) Ptach; and adored Nana of Palmer and Sutton Ptach. Elizabeth is also survived by her stepfather, Jim Arter, her siblings, Jennifer (James) Bell, Duane (Alicia) Hartley, Jayme (Ronnie) Love, Richie (Emile) Arter as well as ex-husband Steve Caudill (stepsons Grayson and Gage). Elizabeth has one remaining Aunt, Sylvia Barrons. Elizabeth always looked forward to spending time with her family including nephews Christopher (daughter Madisen and sons Jacksen and Liam), Stephen Fleury (daughter Jayden), Benjamin and Jonathan Hartley, Jaymes Arter, Braxtyn Love, as well as nieces Lila Hartley and Brynnlee Love. Elizabeth never left the house without being beautifully put together. She “sparkled” with all the pretty jewelry she loved wearing. She shared a special and unique bond with many of her closest loved ones, a trait not easily achieved by many. Her most cherished role in life was being “Nana” to her grandsons Palmer and Sutton, who she lovingly referred to as her “boys”. She was a constant in both of their lives from the day they were born. Her favorite “hobby” was spoiling them and having them spend the weekends with her. They spent countless nights watching movies and eating popcorn from their special popcorn bowl. In her free time, she enjoyed collecting jewelry and finding collectibles to adorn her home with. It brought her joy to keep her home decorated so beautifully. Elizabeth was a very special woman who had a profound impact on all her loved ones. She will be greatly missed.
Elizabeth will be cremated. A private memorial service for the immediate family will be held at a later date.
