EDWARD J. STACHURA II age 34, a lifelong resident of Richmond died Saturday, December 20, 2008 in his home. Mr. Stachura was born January 13, 1974 at the Yokosuka Naval Base in Yokosuka, Japan to Edward and Georgia (Captain) Stachura. He graduated from Lutheran High School North in 1991 and received his Bachelor's Degree from Ferris State University. Ed was a self employed tile setter who enjoyed hunting fishing, playing the guitar, saxophone and various musical instruments. He was a member of the Buck and Brush Club and Richmond Sportsman Club. He was a former member of the Order of the Arrow with Richmond Troop #82. Ed also was a coin collector and earned his skydiving badge. He is survived by his daughter Allison Hebel of Lenox Township, mother, Georgia Stachura of Richmond, sister and brother-in-law, Kimberly and Richard Dawe of Richmond, grandfather, George Captain of AZ. special friend Carla Bates of Rolla, MO, niece Elizabeth Dawe and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Stachura on June 3, 2008 and grandparents, Ottilie Captain and Wanda and Bruno Stachura. A funeral service will be Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 10:00am in St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Richmond. Reverends Gerhardt Doroh and Randy Lett will officiate. .
