Edgar Allen Ham

Edgar Allen Ham, 87, of Richmond, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Orchard Grove Health Campus. Edgar was born November 1, 1933 to the late Robert and Leta Ham. Beloved husband of Pauline Ham; special father of Terri Meier, Gail Frailey, Sydney (Susan Jack) Ham and Sharon Ham; grandfather of 8; great grandfather of 7. Also survived by his sister June (Dick) McQuaid.
Edgar was retired from the United States Navy, subsequently achieved his Masters Degree in Education and went on to a full career teaching at the high school in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Edgar taught Sunday School at the Church of the Nazarene in Texas for many years. He enjoyed golfing, leather crafting, woodworking and loved to read.
Service will be private.
