E. JUNE CLARK age 83 of Lenox Township died Sunday, January 22, 2012 in her home after a brief illness. Mrs. Clark was born June 8, 1928 in Detroit to the late Howard and Bonnie (Rhine) Harvey. She committed and married Robert Clark in Michigan and Florida on September 1, 1973. Mrs. Clark was a graduate of Denby High School in Detroit and a member of the New Haven Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a great cook and enjoyed baking her own bread. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Robert; children, Kathleen Freeman, BeeJay (Bruce) Douglas, Howard B. Filburn, Bronnie M. (Kevin) Graham, Melanie (Yaman) Qattea, Brett R. (Ricky Joe Russo) Clark and Kyra (Kevin) Collins; eleven grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Fred Filburn in 1983 and sisters, Irene Hake in 2001 and Shirley Bulko in 2005. A memorial service will be on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 5:00pm in the New Haven Seventh Day Adventist, 30844 Clark Street, New Haven. Pastor Dave W. Gotshall will preside. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
