Dolores Alice Franz, 84, of Richmond, passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 27, 2023. Dolores was born November 28, 1938 to the late Edward and Peggy Bloink. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Franz; caring mother of William (Jennifer Burke) Franz and Brian (Flavia) Franz; cherished grandmother of William II, Alexander, Victoria and Nickolas Franz and Gustavo DeLima; great grandmother of Ahria and Zella. Dolores was a long time parishioner at St. Augustine Catholic Church a member of the Altar Sodality and the choir. Dolores’s passion was driving a bus for the Richmond School District. She enjoyed bus rodeo’s (driving skills), golf, hunting and fishing.
Visitation will be from 3:00-8:00 p.m. with a Scripture Service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 68035 Main St, Richmond, MI 48062.
