Dennis Allen Orrell, 81, of Lenox, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 14, 2022. Dennis was born July 29, 1940 to the late Claude and Vera Orrell. Dennis is survived by his wife, Karen Orrell, children, David Orrell, Denise (Steve) Powers and Danny (Marci) Orrell, step children, Wayne Thibodeau, Thomas (Laura) Thibodeau and Wendy Schneider, grandchildren, Michael (Jessica) Orrell, Duane (Erica) Orrell, Christopher Orrell, Chelsea (Chris) Warsinski, Emily (Jason Clark) Powers, Nicholas Powers, Sarah Orrell, Daniel Orrell, Rachael Schneider, Breanne (Corey) Stiers, Alyssa Schneider, Alaura (Brad) Newwell, Olivia (Ryan) Rhodes, Amanda Thibodeau, Myles Thibodeau, Hunter Thibodeau, Delani (Alan) Ford, Jake Thibodeau and 21 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Judy Orrell and son, Duane Orrell. Dennis always thought he was blessed in life to have two great wives. He enjoyed gardening, shuffle board, playing cards, garage sales and dearly loved his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 3:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. with a visitation from 10:00 until the time of Service Friday, May 20, 2022 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 67055 Gratiot Ave, Richmond, MI 48062.
