Colleen Rose Jorah

Colleen Rose Jorah, 74, of Columbus, Michigan passed away in the early morning hours of August 11, 2019 with family at her side. She was born July 29, 1945 in Downham, County of Norfolk, England. She was the beloved wife of Timothy Jorah. Preceded in death by (Father) Kenneth Bean and (mother) Daphne Bean and a caring mother to Wendy Patterson, Kelly Morphew (and husband David) and Kim Schmidt (and husband Paul). She was also a devoted grandmother to Brad (and his wife Erin), Gerald, Katie (and her husband Eric), Aaron, Alison, Madison, Felicia, Kyle and Kelsey and great-grandmother to Selah, Allissa and Hayden. She is also survived by her siblings Cheryl Goolsby (and husband Bill), Barbara Dipierdiminico (and husband Gabe), Lenny Bean (Sharon), Vicky Gentilcore (and husband Steve), Robin Bean (and wife Jane), Susan Schutt (and husband Dave). Colleen also leaves behind many other family and friends, including her two dogs Sylvia and Tucker.
She was a generous and outspoken free spirit who loved the outdoors, movies and dogs, but above all spending time with her family. She also enjoyed camping, gardening, garage sales, reading, and playing cards, especially poker. She is loved and will be deeply missed by her many family and friends.
