Charles Johnson

CHARLES WILLIAM JOHNSON age 36 of Clinton Township, formerly of New Haven died unexpectedly in his home on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Mr. Johnson was born May 5, 1973 in Detroit to Van and Carolyn (Powers) Johnson. He was a graduate of New Haven High School with the class of 1991 and attended Macomb County Community College. Chuck worked as a house painter for John Patterson Paint Company in Shelby Township and was a former little league coach in New Haven. He is survived by his parents, Van and Carolyn Johnson of Riley Township, children, Bryan Wegner, Alyssa Sears, Blake Johnson and Makenzie Johnson all of Eastpointe, Alyssa Johnson of Chesterfield and step-daughter, Caitlyn Borland of Eastpointe, granddaughter, Amira Wegner and siblings, Tammy Johnson of Detroit, Tina Schroeder of Richmond and Jason Johnson of Detroit. A eulogy service will be Friday, May 8, 2009 at 7:00 pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. Memorial contributions are directed to the wishes of the family.
