Charles A. Debeau

CHARLES ANDREW DeBEAU Jr. age 80 of Richmond died Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in McLaren Macomb Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. DeBeau was born June 7, 1935 in Detroit to the late Charles and Bessie (Nolta) DeBeau. He graduated from St. Ambrose High School in Detroit in 1953 and earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in education from the University of Detroit. He retired as a teacher from the Roseville School District. Charles is survived by his children; Ritamarie Petranovic of Lake Orion, Charles (Jacqueline) DeBeau of Shelby Township, Maria (Jim) DeKimpe of Macomb, Frances Hampel of Warren and Loretta Bernhardt of Sterling Heights, son-in-law, Carl Carrillo of Texas, thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and his former wife and mother of his children, Natalie Grabowski of Fraser. He was preceded in death by his daughter Marirose Carrillo and six siblings. A Funeral Mass will be on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00am in St. Augustine Catholic Church. Reverend Sean Bonner, associate pastor will officiate. Burial will be in Clinton Grove Cemetery in Mount Clemens. Visiting will be Sunday from 3 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond and Monday from 9:30 to 10am in the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested for St. Jude Hospital.
