Barbara Ann Treutle

Barbara Ann Treutle, 78, of Memphis, passed away at Wadhams Creek Senior Community Saturday, April 24, 2021. Barbara was born June 14, 1942 to the late Stanley and Sophie Palka. Beloved wife of Charles Treutle for 59 years; caring mother of David (Claudine) Treutle and Heather (James) Swartz; special grandmother of T.J. (Jenna) Rinke, Dylan Rinke, Sydnee Swartz, Noah Treutle, Skylar Swartz, Kyra Swartz, Gabriel Treutle and Isabelle Treutle; great grandmother of Liam and Wyatt Rinke. Preceded in death by her son, Timothy Treutle. Barbara dedicated her life to taking care of her family and found true joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed needle work, playing Sudoku and watching movies, but she loved cooking for her family.
Visitation will be 3:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062, Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass, Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 10828 Brandon Rd, Emmett, MI 48022.
