Barbara O'Donnell

BARBARA O'DONNELL age 66 of Romeo died Tuesday, January 8, 2012 in McLaren Hospice in Mount Clemens after an extended illness. Mrs. O'Donnell was born August 4, 1946 in Detroit. As an infant she was adopted by her parents Harold and Marjorie (Stone) Reinhardt. Barb attended Richmond Community schools through tenth grade and then graduated in 1964 from Slidell High School in Slidell, LA. She married Dennis O'Donnell in Utica, Mi. on March 23, 1968. Barbara loved gardening, traveling, cooking and camping. She adored her four grandchildren and her good buddies; Fritz and Mic. She is survived by her husband, Dennis, daughter and son-in-law; Beth and Chip Code o f Washington Twp. and her grandchildren; Keelin, Tessa, Maddy and Colin Code. She was Irish by marriage but believed she was true green. A funeral Mass will be on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 10:00am in St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church in Romeo. Reverend Stephen Reckker, pastor will officiate. Visiting will be on Friday from 3 to 8pm in Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:00am in the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to; Ted B. Wabby Cancer Center, 1000 Harrington, Mt. Clemens, MI. 48043.
