Arthur Frederick Hebel

Arthur F Hebel of Richmond passed away on Feb 3, 2022 at 85 years old. He was born to Arthur and Elizabeth (Furstenau) Hebel. He married Julie M. VanLoo at St. Augustine, Richmond and recently celebrated their 62 Anniversary. Arthur is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Elaine Zurakowski, Barbara Sutton, and Lorraine Cockerill, and Son-in-law, Marc Dreim. Arthur is survived by his wife, Julie (VanLoo) Hebel and five daughters; Elizabeth (Anton) Suarez, Jean Dreim, Christine (Gerald) Rumenapp, Angela (Kurtis) LaHaie, Jill (Robert) Hamblin; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, and also his sisters Gail Routsong, Arpa Routsong and Renee Starnes. Art was a long time member of St Augustine Church and the Knights of Columbus. He worked for the City of Richmond for many years and enjoyed traveling with his family.  He loved family reunions, backyard birthdays, and huge holiday dinners. His loving spirit will be missed by many.

Visitation will be 3:00-8:00 P.M. with a Rosary Service at 7:00 P.M. Monday, February 7, 2022 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062. A Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M. with a visitation from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 68035 Main St, Richmond, MI 48062.
