Arlene W. Corby

ARLENE WILLIAMS CORBY 93 of Woodward, OK. formerly of Richmond died Saturday, November 16, 2013. Mrs. Corby was born February 2, 1920 in Pontiac, MI to the late Floyd and Lefa (Raymond) Williams. She married Anthony Corby in New Haven, MI. on November 15, 1969. Mr. Corby died March 17, 1983. She worked as an industrial diamond setter at Sterling Diamond Tool in Warren, MI. for several years and was a former member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Richmond. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Barbara Salgat of New Haven, step-children; Jan Croton of Lake Ann, Kristine (Ralph) Wirgau of Richmond, Kandy (Steve) Murray of Richmond, Rhonda Stevenson of battle Creek and Anthony (Eileen) Corby II of Marlette, grandchildren; Mikille Hillewaere, Jody Henderson, Jeremy Salgat and Samuel Wilkinson and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her step-father, Clifford Shingleton, the man who raised her, daughter and son-in-law; Dorothy (July 1995) and Jay (Jan 2013) Wilkinson and grand-daughter, Jennifer Jordan on May 29, 1992.
