Anna Helen Hill

Anna "Helen" Hill, 98, of Richmond, passed away at Medilodge of Richmond Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Anna was born in Colchester North, Ontario, Canada to the late Joseph Lester and Alice Boultinghouse on February 5, 1919. Beloved wife of the late Thomas "Fred" Hill; Caring mother of William (Elaine) Hill, Beverly (Anthony) Manchik, Betty Jean "BJ" Hill and Brenda Lee Hill; Loving grandmother of 13; Great-grandmother of 11; Great-great-grandmother of 9. Preceded in death by her siblings Omar Boultinghouse, Hubert Boultinghouse, Edna Hillier and grandchildren Tommy Manchik (1971), Jody (Hill) Kowalske (2010) and Darryl Kuester (2015). Helen enjoyed her Tweety Bird collectables, coloring with her grandchildren, playing the piano, crocheting her coveted afghans for family members and special friends, reading her Bible and other short stories of faith, and word search puzzles.
Helen's children have chosen the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062 to handle the arrangements to honor their mother. Visitation will be 3:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2017 and again at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, followed by a service at 11:00 am. Memorial donations may be made to First United Methodist Church, 69495 Main St, Richmond, MI 48062.
