Anita Louise Kolasinski
August 28, 1959 — July 2, 2024
Anita Louise Kolasinski, 64, of Columbus Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. Anita was born August 28, 1959 to the late Henry and Eleanor Kolasinski. She was a 1977 graduate of Richmond High school. Anita is survived by her sisters, Phyllis Ellison and Doris (Rudi) Klemm, nieces, JoDee (James) Stipp and Jill (Ronald) Campbell, and many other nieces, nephews, friends and her cat, Charlie. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Nancy Nowicki, Sally Copenhagen, Elaine Kolasinski, Henry Kolasinski Jr. and niece, Louise Conner. Anita retired from the Richmond Post Office, and also had worked at the Columbus County Park. She was a member of the Snyderville Lions Club and various groups throughout her life. Her generosity could be felt by many. She was a huge animal advocate, enjoyed going to the casino, was a Detroit Tiger fan and was an avid reader.
Visitation will be from 3:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, MI 48062.
