Angelia M. Carroll

ANGELIA MAE CARROLL age 45 of Port Huron, formerly of Casco Township died unexpectedly in her home on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. She was born in Genesse County on February 28, 1970. When Angie was eight years old she came to live with her new family, Glenn and Irene Schweiger and their twelve children in Casco where she remained for many years. In 1993 Angie moved to Port Huron where she was very active at Community Enterprises of St. Clair County acting as secretary and mail deliverer. She enjoyed talking with people, laughing, dancing, bowling, listening to music and drinking her diet coke. In the most recent years, Angie truly enjoyed living in her own home with her friend and roommate, Cindy. She is survived by her guardians of the past eight years; Lisa and Clayton Renno and their children; Elijah and Benjamin of Avoca. She is also survived by Glenn and Irene Schweiger of Casco and their children; Leonard (Vicki) Schweiger of Harsens Island, Sandra (John) Shuboy of Casco, Edward (Melodee) Schweiger of Casco, Cheryl (Donald) Riedel of Lenox, sister-in-law, Terry Schweiger of Columbus Twp, Lorraine Leach of Casco, Kathleen (David) Sparby of Venice, FL, Ronald (Connnie) Schweiger of Casco, Glenn (Molly) Schweiger of Casco, Janet (Nick) Dobson of Okemos, Daryl (LeAnn) Schweiger of Casco and James (Kathleen) Schweiger of Richmond, , special friends; Sara Dobson and Sally Cario and many nieces and nephews. Angie was predeceased by her brother Lawrence Schweiger on July 18, 2010. There will be a memorial service on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 12:30 pm in the Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond with visiting from 11:00am to the time of service. There will be a memorial Mass for the Schweiger family and friends on Saturday, April 25th at 11:00am in St. Augustine Catholic Church in Richmond with visiting from 10:30am until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested for the Community Enterprises of St. Clair County which supports people with disabilities.
