Alexandra Elsie Kuzdzal

Mrs. Elsie Kuzdzal, age 91, of Richmond died Thursday, February 23, 2012 in Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. She was born December 17, 1920 in Detroit to the late Stanley & Anna (Bosek) Sitek. Elsie married Edward Kuzdzal in a quaint service on December 4, 1957 in Bowling Green, Ohio and they enjoyed 54 years together. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Elsie's main focus in life was her family. She loved to cook, bake and serve them delicious foods while diligently tending to their needs. She also enjoyed crocheting in her spare time. Elsie is survived by her beloved husband, Edward; a daughter, Carol Ann (William) Haley of Chesterfield; a son, Larry (Marlene) Kuzdal of Richmond; four grandchildren, William, Chelsie, Jeanna, and Michael and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a twin sister, Helen and a brother, Harry. Visitation will be held Saturday from 3-8:00 p.m. in the Rewalt Funeral Home, Richmond. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2012 in the Rewalt Funeral Home. Reverend Anthony P. Sulkowski will officiate.
