Alex David Czarnecki, 72, passed away at Martha T. Berry Medical Care Facility Thursday, September 27, 2018. Alex was born July 18, 1946 to the late Alex and Jean Czarnecki. He is survived by his siblings John (Sherry) Czarnecki, Susan Rhein and many nieces and nephews. Alex liked to hunt and enjoyed old cars and tractors.
